This command says I am installing to the current User Account but I want to use the privileges of another account to do it.

Locate the program's icon or executable file to be installed and Right-Click on it. In the pop-up menu Left-Click on the Run as... option. In the window that appears Left-Click the Radio button for the Administrator Account, enter the password and Left-Click OK. The installation will start as normal and complete all the questions. You may need to re-connect the Modem Internet cable at this point. Disconnecting the cable is only a precaution while a Firewall is not fully functional. Use this same procedure to install any other programs you need and import data from the back-ups previously created once these Programs are running on the Limited User Account.

To install from a CD the trick is to hold the SHIFT key while placing the CD or DVD in the player. Hold for up to a minute until the whirring sound stops. This should stop the auto-start. If the CD still starts once you release it, go ahead and cancel out. Now, use Explore or My Computer to navigate to the dial up internet providers directory of the CD. Locate the Setup or Install file. It may be named after the Program. Once the installation file of the CD is located use the previous paragraph instructions for using the Run as... option. Good going, for you this is a one time challenge, but for the criminal element this is now a permanent hassle!
